This is a cliff overhanging the ocean that used to have a lighthouse on it. We didn't know there was a parking area and a
trail, so we roughed it across several hundred meters of volcanic rock to climb up to the very top of that ridge. It should
have concerned us that the pole holding the ropes at the edge were, with very little exception, hanging down the side of the
cliff. We could then see the parking area, and went down that way. On our way down to the parking area, we passed the fence
that was put up to keep idiots off the cliff, that was clearly erroded. Well, we know next time!

We drove through an industrial area, which is built on a very active area. So, no signs and no saftey ropes meant we could
wonder around and see stuff upclose.
Notice hot ground green, not black. |
