You'll notice the goat path on the left photo. It had been raining on and off all morning, and between that and the compacting
of the snow by people using the path had left a very icy trail. After Willie and I made it to the bottom safe, we then had
to do the climb back. As long as you can grab that rope when you fall, you'll live. If you miss the rope, they'll never find
you! Most of the white stuff is ice, not snow.
