Surftech makes fantastic surfboards that are nearly indestructible. The waves were a foot or so overhead breaking in maybe two feet of water over a sandbar. After an air drop, the board went straight into the sandbar with me still standing on it. In addition to the board, my knee was sprained, keeping me out of the water for several weeks.
